Sangeeta Plastic & Engg. Works was established in the year 1970 with a clear objective of developing moulds as well as plastic components primarily for water filtration/treatment plants. Over this long period of around 40 years, we have achieved very good experience and quality improvement in our products and our products are used by reputed companies who are pioneers in water treatment business. We have achieved continued progress in our business, only because of our quality perfection and timely delivery of products exactly as per the specifications and requirements of our clients.

We are into the manufacturing of plastic components used in Industrial, Commercial & Domestic Water Treatment Plants.

Our Products

We produce various types of Strainers, Filters (Nozzles), etc. such as Disc Type, Slot Type, Single Decker/Double Decker Strainers, Umbrella/Mushroom Type, Buttons etc. used in DM Plants, Water Treatment Plants, ETP, RO Units, etc. We have pall rings used in tower packaging of different sizes such as 38x38 mm, 50x50 mm, Unions of 20mm, 32mm, 50mm, 63mm, PP balls which are available in various sizes.

We also manufacture Fittings, Cylinder Caps, Straight Tube Connector, Bend Tube Connectors Fittings & Filter Housings of 1 liter, 6.5 liters & 18 liters capacity which can be used as Pre Filter Housings, Mini Softeners, Mini DM Plants, etc.

Facility

We have fully automatic CNC micro processor based injection & blow moulding machines of Indomax (India) Ltd., super beads & blow moulding machine of Central India Ltd.

Quality Control

For quality control, we have latest measuring equipment like digital vernier caliper, micro meter, gauges, fixers, big size surface table, etc. to ensure 100% quality control of all our products. We have in-house tool room facility with latest up-to-date infrastructure.

We have skilled manpower with wide experience for manufacturing quality products. We are committed to comply with contractual requirements of our customers.
